Where is my tracking number?
When your order ships, you will receive your confirmation with tracking details. If you did not receive your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@chasingamoment.com and we will be more than happy to help!

When will my order ship?
In-stock items including Original art, art print, stickers, greeting cards: have a processing days of 3-4 business days

In-stock Apparel includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other wearable items: have a production days of 8-10 business days as these are made/print to order

Preorder items have specific estimated ship dates shown on the product page.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most U.S. domestic orders take between 1-5 business days.

If you need an order by an urgent and specific date (birthday gift, etc), please contact us to confirm delivery times and or to make other arrangements.

SIZING & FIT

I love your designs, but what's the sizing and fit like?

Our apparel are produced and made to order printing directly onto the garment to ensure we provide the best quality products for you. We work closely with our team and take pride in producing awesome products for everyone. Our apparel are printed on unisex style and has a standard fit that’s tru to size. If you love more of a comfy and oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Exchanges are allowed for apparel, no returns. However, exchanges are only allowed with size change (ie, sizing up or down) of the same design that was ordered. Exchanges are not allowed for a new or different design from what was ordered. Exchanges requiring 2XL and up will incur an additional price difference. Buyer will be responsible for any return postage fee. Exchange needs to be made/communicated via email within 7 days of delivered confirmation. Buyer will be responsible for return postage fee.
